Her Hand In God exists to help Christian women rediscover emotional clarity, spiritual connection, and a closer walk with God during the often-overlooked emotional toll of menopause.

Through devotional journals, personal reflection, guided prayer and Scripture-rooted support, we walk alongside women in midlife as they release shame, reclaim joy.

Why I Created ‘Rediscover Joy’

I wrote Rediscover Joy because I needed it myself.

In the fog this transition in life tends to bring, I realized no amount of willpower would give me the clarity I needed. Only the light of Christ could provide a breakthrough.

This season isn't just physical, it's deeply spiritual. I created this journal as a place to turn to God daily, to reconnect to His joy, and to realign with His will.

Menopause is often misunderstood, even silenced. But we don't have to walk through it alone. My prayer is that this journal becomes a safe space for you to invite God into the transition, so you can come through it not just surviving, but spiritually renewed.
